Lo sviluppo della reazione nei bambini coinvolti nel calcio tenendo conto del sistema nervoso

Abstract

In questo studio, abbiamo studiato l'effetto delle peculiarità tipologiche delle manifestazioni delle proprietà del sistema nervoso dei giovani calciatori sulla capacità di reagire rapidamente. 32 giovani calciatori di 10-11 anni hanno partecipato all'esperimento pedagogico. 16 atleti sono stati impegnati in una metodica sperimentale che si basa sull'utilizzo dello stesso esercizio e metodi di sviluppo della capacità di reagire rapidamente, ma diverse componenti del carico, per giocatori con un forte sistema nervoso (8 persone), il carico era intenso, ma per giocatori con sistema nervoso debole (8 persone) - carico volumetrico. Gli altri 16 calciatori costituivano il gruppo di controllo. Per 8 mesi dell'esperimento c'è stato un aumento significativo della capacità di reagire rapidamente ai giocatori di calcio di 10-11 anni nel gruppo sperimentale, che è stato coinvolto da una metodica speciale. I calciatori con un forte indicatore del sistema nervoso sono migliorati da 251,4 ± 4,6 cm a 231,4 ± 5,9 cm (P<0,05) e i calciatori con un sistema nervoso debole da 252,9 ± 4,2 cm a 234,3 ± 8,1 cm (P<0,05) . Nel gruppo di controllo si sono verificate anche le variazioni positive, ma non significative (p> 0,05). Lo studio ha dimostrato l'efficacia dell'uso delle proprietà tipologiche del sistema nervoso come metodo differenziato per sviluppare la capacità di reazione rapida dei giovani calciatori. Questo approccio permette di migliorare la qualità del processo di allenamento dei giovani atleti.
