Differences between speed and agility practitioners and not practicing in futsal prepubertal city Petrópolis-RJ
Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the differences in speed and agility between practitioners and non-practitioners of futsal in prepubertal city of Petrópolis / RJ. The sample consisted of thirty (30) individuals practitioners and non-practitioners of futsal in the pre-pubescent. Inthe case of individuals practitioners were excluded futsal goalkeepers and the group of practitioners were not discarded individuals practicing any sport extra. Data collection was performed at a club in the city of Petrópolis futsal for the group of individuals practicing the sport, for the group of practitioners were not used students from a school in the municipal Petropolis. We used a statistical inference for factorial analysis of variance to detect possible differences manifested. The level of significance was set at p <0.05, ie 95% certainty for the affirmative and / or negative that this study denoted. The speed test showed clearly that those who practice futsal show better results, showing the greatest difference in scores between all tests. It wasobserved that agility is not the same, the resulting index found the difference of the lack of coordination of those who do not practice futsal, compared to those who practiced it.
