Aspects that influence the transition of athletes in training to professional level in football
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the aspects that influence the transition of athletes in training to the professional level in football. Through a systematic review of the literature that used the PRISMA protocol, a total of 382 studies published on the subject between 2014 and 2024 were tracked, with 97 references on the Scielo platform and 285 on the CAPES platform. After the identification, screening and inclusion stage, a total of 11 references were included in the review. It can be observed that the literature consulted presented stakeholders in three dimensions: individual, social and environmental/sports, evidencing multifactorial stakeholders related to these different dimensions, such as those specific to the player, their alternative path, family, contacts, club and coach.
