Desenvolvimento e transformação do esporte liderado pelo estado no Marrocos: lições para outros países da África

Resumo

Este artigo investiga o desenvolvimento e a transformação do esporte no Marrocos, com foco especial nas estratégias utilizadas, nos impactos registrados até o momento e nos desafios que enfrentam a sustentabilidade do desenvolvimento e da transformação do esporte no Marrocos. Também captou o que os países africanos podem aprender com o modelo marroquino. Este artigo utilizou a teoria do desenvolvimento liderado pelo Estado para avaliar o papel que o governo marroquino desempenhou e continua a desempenhar no desenvolvimento e na transformação do setor esportivo no Marrocos. Dados de órgãos governamentais e não governamentais foram coletados e analisados. Artigos de periódicos, capítulos de livros, jornais online e sites governamentais e não governamentais foram consultados durante o curso desta pesquisa. As principais conclusões deste artigo centram-se no papel do governo estrela na condução dos principais resultados do desenvolvimento. No entanto, independentemente disso e dos impactos ocasionados, existem muitos desafios que enfrentam o desenvolvimento e a transformação do esporte no Marrocos. Portanto, ambos os autores recomendaram a necessidade de investir fortemente no futebol feminino e diversificar os ganhos do desenvolvimento e da transformação do esporte, do futebol para outros esportes, para um desenvolvimento e transformação sustentáveis.
