A study about the initiation of female futsal in the suburbs Curitiba

This work discusses the initiation into futsal in the peripheries, intends to show that, despite the difficulties that girls face when starting and keep coaching futsal, nothing prevents them run after your dreams with the same race and determination of the boys. It also shows that these difficulties are enhanced by prejudice against them. Some of these difficulties are represented by the 10 questions posed in the questionnaire used as an instrument of data collection, as the financial side, the skill, the distance until the location of the practice and encouragement of the parents and guardians. Answered the questionnaire, 16 girls enrolled in a state school in Curitiba, they are between 11 and 16 years old and, with time of practice between 1 month and 6 years.
